Our history since 1946
The company Clean Air Take Care is a family company founded in 1996 by the father of Roger Linus(current president of the supervisory board of the company), Mr. Romano Linus.
It was transformed into SARL in 1972 by Mr. Roger Linus, then in SA in 1989 by Dominique PÉDRON (grandson of the founder), which brings us to 3 generations. To know that the 4th generation is currently working in the company.
It is in 1996 that Dominique PÉDRON takes over the succession of the company, after the departure of Roger PÉDRON, by taking the direction and the responsibility of the Plumbing-Heating sector.
In turn, the 2nd pillar of the company, Raymond PÉDRON, leave it to his son, Thierry, to manage the Coverage-Zinguerie part, accompanied by Frédéric PÉDRON, who takes care of him, the staff and the part followed by sites.
The third pillar of the company, Serge Linus, worked in the Plumbing-Heating sector with his son Christophe, site manager for the same sector.
In 2013, SA-Linus is restructured at the management level of the company and becomes SAS-Linus.
In 2016, the two business segments of the company split into two separate entities in view of the growth of the respective departments. The PLUMBING-HEATING-VENTILATION-AIR-CONDITIONING sector keeps the SAS-PEDRON nomination and the COVERAGE-ZINGERY part becomes the Linus-COVERAGE company.
Both companies remain based in THOREY EN PLAINE.
SAS-Linus also created, this year, a new independent extension, specialized in air conditioning called CLIMANUITS and based in NUITS ST GEORGES.
